Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the community. You will drive occupancy and revenue by leasing to new residents, ensuring resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit checks, preparing lease packages, and ensuring smooth move-ins.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-ins.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and adjust to market conditions.
• Execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.) and manage data in on-site software.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and complete lease renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages; meet renewing residents in advance of move-out dates; ensure timely signing of renewal documents.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner questions and coordinate with appropriate teams.
