Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy targets and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage leases while coordinating with maintenance and using on-site software.

You will implement marketing plans, drive traffic to the community, and support renewal activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing a residential community.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, and conduct tours.
• Proficiency with on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases.
• Coordinate marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Maintain show units to company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Support lease renewals with timely letters and packages.
