Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC seeks a Leasing Agent to drive leasing and renewals across a residential community in Houston. You will lead tours, screen applicants, process leases, and manage the move-in experience while coordinating with maintenance for unit readiness.

You will also develop marketing plans, deploy online tools, and monitor occupancy trends to maximize revenue. A customer-first approach and ability to work flexible hours are essential.

Formación

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies.
• Ability to greet, screen, tour prospects and process applications.
• Strong customer service focus with attention to resident satisfaction and renewals.

Responsabilidades

• Perform leasing activities to achieve revenue/occupancy goals and conduct tours.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Design marketing activities and use internet tools to create leasing opportunities.
• Use property management software to track availability and tenant data.
