Qualifications

• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsabilités

• Perform leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenace items with the team.
• Stay informed on market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including online postings and referrals.
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards through daily inspections and upkeep.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with residents.
