Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional in Houston, TX to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will conduct tours, process applications, and manage move-ins while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include marketing activities, data tracking in on-site software, and coordinating with maintenance to ensure show units meet standards. Strong customer service and compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals: greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit/background checks, prepare lease/move-in package, ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates with maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Monitors market conditions and develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and sales.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic: referrals, employer outreach, Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites.
• Uses on-site PMS (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing corridor, coordinating maintenance, and merchandising show units.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction; finalizes lease renewals as needed.
• Supports lease renewal program: prepares renewal letters/packages and contacts renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
