Responsibilities include tours, applications, screenings, lease prep, and renewal coordination; on-site teamwork with maintenance and leasing staff; strong focus on customer service and local market knowledge.

• Greet and qualify prospects to drive tours and leasing.
• Process applications, run credit and background checks.
• Prepare leases and move-in paperwork for smooth occupancy.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate move-in readiness.
• Monitor market and competitors to optimize occupancy and sales.
• Create and execute marketing plans and programs to boost traffic.
• Promote traffic through online listings and referrals.
• Track availability and leasing activity using OneSite/Yardi.
• Support lease renewals and timely signing of documents.
