Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages, and help secure lease renewals.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, tracking leasing activities in OneSite/Yardi, and supporting daily leasing operations while maintaining show-ready

Competenze

• Experience in leasing/sales to achieve occupancy goals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lease apartments by greeting prospects, giving tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, preparing leases and move-in packages.
• Coordinate renewals and communicate with residents to ensure satisfaction and timely lease renewals.
• Monitor market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to maintain occupancy.
