Greystar in Conroe, TX is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, aiming to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, run background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins, while monitoring market conditions and implementing marketing plans.

Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi) and strong communication are essential; a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness; coordinate maintenance.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email).
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track leasing activity and data.
• Follow up with prospects and renew residents to secure leases.
