Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to manage leasing, marketing, and renewal activities across a Greystar community in Texas. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and ensure a smooth move‑in experience while driving occupancy and revenue.

You will collaborate with maintenance and on-site teams to uphold show quality, implement marketing plans, and support renewal strategies.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; willingness to travel to other properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Oversee move‑in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease renewals and satisfaction.
• Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and packages.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
