Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Houston to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a high-occupancy community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and manage move-ins while ensuring resident satisfaction and retention.

The role requires inspecting units, tracking data in OneSite/Yardi, and collaborating with maintenance and management to meet occupancy targets and provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit and background checks.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases and renewals.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance items.
• Design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic to the community.
• Use on-site software to track availability and data for residents and prospects.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Support lease renewals by communicating with renewing residents.
