Qualifikationen

• Experience in leasing apartments and achieving occupancy goals.
• Ability to conduct tours and screen applicants.
• Familiarity with marketing plans and promotions.
• Active driver’s license is required or preferred.

Aufgaben

• Leasing and showing apartments to prospects; process applications.
• Qualify prospects, run credit/background checks, and prepare leases.
• Ensure show units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic with online platforms and referrals; follow marketing plans.
