Job summary

RangeWater is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in the United States to support and assist the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational facets of the apartment community. You will perform accounting tasks, close monthly reports, process invoices, collect rent, and use property management software to track financial activity.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Supports leasing and marketing efforts in person to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals by completing the full leasing cycle from beginning to end.
• Completes the daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community. Reviews and submits invoices for payment by reconciling work performed or products purchased.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market and economic trends that may impact the property and recommend improvements.
• Lease enforcement process – inspections, evictions, collections, notifications, and other processes as outlined in lease agreements.
• Conduct property tours and provide updates on property’s performance and meet with clients as needed; manage contractor and vendor relationships.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and general appearance; report mechanical/electrical issues; ensure maintenance aligns with policies.
• Act as on-site supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager; oversee daily tasks and make-ready work.
