Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing finance and operations for the property. You will process invoices, collect rent, run monthly close-outs, and use the property management system to report on financials.

You will also assist with leasing, vendor management, and resident relations, ensuring safety and upkeep while helping drive occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.
Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database reporting.

Responsibilities

Support leasing and marketing to achieve revenue and occupancy goals through full leasing cycle.
Handle daily financial operations, invoices, and payment processing.
Gather and interpret market trends to inform improvements and marketing plans.
Manage lease enforcement, inspections, evictions, and collections per lease.
