Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities to maintain high occupancy.
• Prepare market survey reports and manage day-to-day leasing operations.
• Coordinate resident services, collections, maintenance, and compliance tasks.
• Assist with marketing budgeting, information reporting, and documentation for compliance.
