Job summary

Thrive Communities seeks an in-person Leasing Associate for our Seattle community. You will handle leasing paperwork, greet residents, show the property, and support tour flow to drive occupancy while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes sales, customer service, and teamwork within a busy property-management team. Full-time schedule includes weekends with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service
• 1+ year sales or leasing experience
• 1+ year lease-up experience in property management preferred
• Basic computer skills to learn software systems
• Familiarity with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, MFTE, Section 8) preferred
• NALP Certification or NAAEI credential a plus
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Leasing: generates lease paperwork, supports leasing team, greets residents, shows community, maintains tour path and model units cleanliness.
• Resident Relations: fosters community, maintains positive relations, inspects property, supports retention.
• Marketing: manages ads on Craigslist and listing services, stays aware of local market, contributes ideas.
• Administrative: handles calls and emails, updates reports, files paperwork, processes move-ins/outs, routes service requests.
• General: performs any duties assigned by management.
