Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Provide intensive, professional customer service to prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Welcoming and helpful presence to all residents and customers; respond to walk-in, phone, and email inquiries.
• Guide scheduled and unscheduled property tours.
• Prepare lease and lease renewal documentation.
• Assist in coordinating resident/community events and maintenance requests.
• Record data timely and accurately using Yardi Property Management software.
• Prepare documents and reports; manage routine processes and correspondence.
• Support property marketing strategies and posting updates to advertisements/listings via ILS.
• Provide general administrative support to the Community Director; maintain records for affordable housing compliance.
