Indigo Real Estate Services is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive customer service excellence and leasing operations for a multifamily property in Issaquah, WA. The role emphasizes occupancy maintenance, resident relations, and coordination with the property manager to meet ownership objectives.

The ideal candidate will have leasing experience, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure, with a preference for Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing for a multifamily community experience is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgement and maintain confidentiality
• Effective conflict resolution and customer service skills
• Ability to set priorities and multi-task with a strong attention to detail
• Bilingual (Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day leasing operations to maintain strong occupancy.
• Complete regular market survey reports and coordinate with ownership guidelines.
• Handle resident relations and customer service with professionalism.
• Assist with marketing budgeting, information reporting and compliance documentation.
• Work with the property manager to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
