Job summary

Thrive Communities in Seattle is seeking a leasing professional to drive sales, greet prospects, and guide residents through the leasing process. This full-time role requires a customer-service mindset and strong attention to detail.

You will manage marketing listings, respond to inquiries, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure a top-notch resident experience. Eligible candidates have leasing or sales experience and familiarity with Yardi/OnSite.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working in customer service.
• 1+ year prior sales or leasing experience.
• 6+ months experience in multifamily property management, or equivalent skills and experience.
• NALP Certification, or other NAAEI credential, is a plus.
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn/navigate software systems.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: generate lease paperwork, train team, greet prospects, show community, maintain tour path.
• Resident Relations: foster community, maintain positive relations, inspect property and report needs.
• Marketing: manage ads on Craigslist/Weblisters, monitor market conditions, suggest improvements.
• Administrative: answer calls, update reports daily, file leases, process move-ins/outs.
• General: perform additional duties as assigned by manager.
