Job summary

DevCo Residential Property Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional in Lakewood, WA to drive leasing and renewals, ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction. The role blends sales, customer service, and marketing to attract residents and manage renewals.

You will tour properties, guide applicants through the approval process, and uphold policies and documentation while delivering exceptional service to residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents through lead management software, email and phone calls, appointments, and follow-up communications.
• Tour and lease apartment homes, guiding new residents through the application, tax credit, and move-in process.
• Acquaint new residents with leasing documentation, community rules, policies, and procedures to ensure move-in satisfaction.
• Assist with administering lease agreements and renewals, and prospect screening."
• Inspect apartment homes before move-in to ensure readiness.
• Maintain resident management software up to date with rents, lease dates, and occupancy data.
