You will handle inquiries via walk-ins, phone, and email, conduct property tours, document leases, and support marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Provide intensive, professional customer service to prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Record data accurately using Yardi Property Management software.
• Prepare and generate lease documents and renewal paperwork.
• Assist in coordinating resident/community events and maintenance requests.
