Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a Leasing Agent in Seattle to drive leasing activity, greet prospective residents, and close leases while delivering outstanding service. You will collaborate with maintenance and marketing teams to maintain property standards and resident satisfaction.

This 100% in-person role requires a friendly, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a background in leasing or property management. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service.
• 1+ year sales or leasing experience.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn software systems.
• Property management experience is a plus
• NALP or NAAEI credential is a plus
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Leasing: Generates lease paperwork and other documents; focuses on sales and closing; trains team on lease generation and etiquette; greets prospective residents and conducts tours.
• Resident Relations: Builds community, maintains positive relations, inspects property, and supports move-outs and vacancies.
• Marketing: Manages ads on Craigslist, Weblisters and other listings; monitors market conditions and helps improve resident satisfaction.
• Administrative: Handles phone/email communications; updates move-out and activity reports; files reports and leases; proofs lease paperwork; processes security deposits; handles service requests with maintenance follow-up.
• General: Performs other duties as assigned by Leasing/Community/Regional managers
