Job summary

Mill Creek Residential seeks a Leasing Consultant in Seattle to be the primary contact for residents and prospects, delivering exceptional customer service and sales excellence. The role guides prospects in selecting homes and supports residents throughout their residency lifecycle.

The position reports to the Senior Community/Community Manager and requires a strong teamwork mindset, market awareness, and the ability to manage lease processes and property standards across communities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Commitment to, and passionate for, providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Multi Family, single family rentals, built to rent, or related property management experience, retails sales or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and determine needs.
• Present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Process lease applications and verify results promptly.
• Convert leads to leases and follow up on non-leases.
• Maintain data in Entrata/Yardi and prepare leasing reports for management.
• Ensure office, model homes and marketplaces are in top condition.
