Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will handle tours, applications, credit checks, and lease signings while ensuring move-in readiness and a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities include market-oriented marketing plans, on-site software usage, and coordinating renewal processes. The role requires coordinating with maintenance and leasing teams to meet company standards

Responsabilidades

• Performs leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins.
• Stays informed about market conditions; develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and referrals.
• Uses on-site management software to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and manages lease renewals.
