Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across the community to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. The role includes touring prospects, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth move-in process while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include implementing marketing plans, following up with prospects, and coordinating lease renewals to maximize occupancy and retention.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and coordinate showings
• Follow up with prospects to secure lease or renewal decisions
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages and coordinate renewals
