Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, drive occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

The role involves showing apartments, processing applications, coordinating with maintenance, and managing renewals. Strong communication and CRM/software skills are essential for success in a fast-paced property management environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct campus tours and show apartments, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease documents, and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate any needed repairs with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy, following company policies on concessions and specials.
• Create and drive traffic via marketing activities including Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other websites; implement referral and employer outreach programs.
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage data, and capture resident information.
• Ensure show units meet standards by inspecting the marketing corridor, coordinating with maintenance, merchandising, and preparing leasing offices for activity.
• Follow-up with prospects and new residents to finalize lease decisions or renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters/packages and coordinate with renewing residents ahead of move-out dates to implement renewals.
• Respond quickly to resident or owner concerns and document/relay requests to the appropriate parties.
