Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 354-unit midrise community. The role requires driving occupancy, processing applications, screening credits, and managing move-ins with attention to resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining show units, executing marketing activities across digital channels, and supporting renewal programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales to hit occupancy goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects and conduct tours.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and marketing planning.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to ensure satisfaction.
