Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a United States property. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in, while targeting occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires maintaining property standards, following up with residents, and supporting lease renewals through proactive outreach and documentation.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks, prepare lease & move-in package.
• Ensure move-in readiness; schedule repairs with maintenance as needed.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software; manage data and demographics.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages; meet renewing residents before move-out dates.
