Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through direct prospect interactions, tours, and applications. You will manage credit checks, prepare lease documents, and coordinate move-in packages while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role includes coordinating marketing efforts, building relationships, and supporting renewal activities to maintain high occupancy. Weekend work is required at times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations of an apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Design and execute off-site marketing activities to drive traffic to the property.
• Collect and analyze market trends to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure lease renewals are processed on time and maintain resident satisfaction.
