RangeWater is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, tours, applications, screenings, and renewals, while sustaining occupancy and revenue goals. You will conduct in-person tours, qualify prospects, and guide applicants through the lease process.

The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and proficiency with property management software; schedule includes Mon-Fri and some weekend hours, with a focus on resident satisfaction.

• Greet and qualify prospects and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, screenings, and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain occupancy and renewals through resident relations.
• Proficient with property management software.

• Lease and show apartments, process applications and screenings.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic.
• Inspect property daily to ensure show quality and curb appeal.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases and renewals.
• Assist with move-ins, renewals and tenant communications.
