Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through hands-on leasing, property tours, and resident relations. You will design marketing efforts, screen applications, and coordinate move-ins to deliver excellent resident experiences.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and presentation skills, prior sales or customer service background, and familiarity with property-management software like Entrata or Yardi.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs all leasing activities in person to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Tours properties, processes applications, runs credit checks and prepares move-in packages.
• Executes offsite marketing to drive traffic using digital channels and referrals.
• Maintains property standards and responds to resident concerns promptly.
• Supports lease renewals and ensures smooth move-in and move-out processes.
