The role emphasizes customer service, accurate leasing administration, and proactive marketing to attract residents. Weekend availability and local travel may be required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Prior leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for face-to-face tours and inquiries.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite) and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit checks, and move-in packages to secure leases.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Handle renewals, inspections, evictions, and collections per lease terms.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and maintain property standards.
