Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen tenants, and prepare move-in packages. The role includes implementing offsite marketing, referrals, and employer outreach to generate traffic.

You will analyze market trends, coordinate renewals, ensure property upkeep, and respond promptly to resident questions. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Proficient in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, One Site).
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Computer skills including internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties by conducting tours, processing applications, screening, and signing leases.
• Design and implement offsite marketing to drive traffic to the property.
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
• Ensure property safety, cleanliness, and show quality standards.
• Address resident concerns and manage lease renewals.
