Job summary

Omninet Capital, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Orlando, FL to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction while supporting the Community Manager.

Responsibilities include touring prospects, closing leases, processing applications, maintaining files, and contributing to the community marketing plan with strong communication and a resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartments by generating traffic, responding to inquiries, greeting prospects, touring sites, qualifying prospects, and closing leases.
• Visually inspect and maintain office, models, vacants, and amenity areas; communicate maintenance needs.
• Demonstrate features and benefits to clients and close the sale.
• Process rental applications, collect documents, schedule move-ins, and prepare lease files.
• Maintain lease files per policy and procedure; keep records updated.
• Record traffic from all sources and aim to convert at least 30% to leases.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours and with additional contacts.
• Assist in planning and executing community marketing plans.
• Conduct outreach visits weekly and maintain leads.
• Uphold professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
