Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, supporting the Community Manager as directed.

Responsibilities include touring, processing applications, maintaining lease files, and delivering excellent customer service while complying with policies and dress code.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 1+ year residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes and close leases by processing applications and preparing lease documents.
• Greet and tour prospective residents, respond to inquiries, and convert traffic to leases.
• Maintain lease files and assist with renewals and move-ins/outs.
• Record visitor traffic and follow up with prospects within 24 hours.
• Support Community Manager with marketing and resident relations.
