Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, and assist the Community Manager as needed.

You will handle applications, follow up with prospects, and support marketing efforts to drive traffic. Strong customer service, communication, and leasing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Renting apartment homes, generate traffic, respond to inquiries, tour prospects, and close the sale.
• Inspect property for cleanliness; communicate service needs to manager.
• Process rental applications, schedule move-ins, and prepare lease documents.
• Maintain lease files and record traffic; convert traffic to leases.
