Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lease properties to qualified prospects and maintain high occupancy.
• Market properties and respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Conduct property tours and explain lease terms and community policies.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in procedures.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and team to achieve leasing goals.
• Maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and special reports; weekend shifts as needed.
