Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC in Richardson, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure satisfaction, while supporting the Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager.

Key duties include generating traffic, presenting properties, qualifying prospects, processing applications, maintaining lease files, and ensuring follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes: generate traffic, respond to inquiries, greet prospects, tour properties, qualify prospects, and close sales.
• Inspect property and model units; communicate service needs to Property Manager.
• Close sales by communicating features/benefits and obtaining deposits.
• Process rental applications and lease documents; schedule move-ins.
• Maintain lease files and record traffic from all sources; target conversion to leases.
• Follow up with prospects promptly and perform additional follow-ups.
• Assist in planning and executing community marketing plans; conduct outreach visits.
• Maintain leads and contacts; ensure property cleanliness and readiness.
