Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, while supporting the Community Manager.

Responsibilities include touring properties, processing applications, following up with prospects, and assisting with marketing efforts. A high school diploma is required; some leasing or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient with standard office software and leasing databases.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes, generate traffic and close leases.
• Tour properties, qualify prospects and collect applications.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and lease renewals.
• Maintain files and record traffic sources daily.
