Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move outs, and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, while assisting the Property Manager and Assistant Manager as needed.

You will handle touring prospects, processing applications, and delivering excellent service to residents, with a focus on meeting and exceeding occupancy goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• One year of customer service/sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and YARDI® software.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes, generate traffic, respond to inquiries, greet prospects, tour properties, qualify prospects, and close leases.
• Inspect property and model units; communicate service needs to manager.
• Explain features and benefits to clients; close sales.
• Process rental applications and lease documents; schedule move-ins.
• Maintain lease files and track traffic sources; convert traffic to leases.
• Follow up with residents; manage move-ins and renewals.
• Assist with marketing plans and outreach visits.
