Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Houston to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention while supporting Community Managers.

The role requires strong customer service, sales, and property operations skills. The position includes daily site visits, leasing presentations, application processing, and ongoing follow-up with residents.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Minimum of one year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Rent apartment homes, generate traffic, respond to inquiries, greet prospects, tour property, qualify prospects, and close leases.
Inspect property areas daily and communicate service needs to management.
Demonstrate features and benefits to clients and close sales.
Process rental applications, obtain documents, schedule move-ins, and prepare lease files.
Maintain lease files and record traffic sources daily, aiming for 30% lease conversion.
