Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC Kent, Washington seeks a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention and satisfaction.

You will assist the Community Manager as directed. Key duties include generating traffic, screening prospects, processing applications, maintaining lease files, and supporting community marketing initiatives to drive leases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes, greet prospects, and close leases.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease files.
• Maintain lease files and track traffic sources daily.
• Assist with community marketing and outreach activities.
• Provide excellent resident and prospect service at all times.
