Responsibilities

• Renting apartment homes, generating traffic, responding to inquiries, touring properties, qualifying prospects, and closing leases.
• Maintain property cleanliness and coordinate with Property Manager on service needs.
• Process rental applications and lease documents; ensure lease files are complete.
• Record traffic sources daily; target conversion rate of leads to leases.
• Schedule move-ins, renewals, and outreach marketing activities.
• Assist with community marketing plans and weekly outreach visits.
