Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention while supporting the Property Manager and Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Renting apartment homes: generate traffic, respond to inquiries, greet prospects, tour and close the sale.
• Inspect property areas for cleanliness and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Demonstrate features/benefits to clients and close leases.
• Process rental applications; schedule move-ins; prepare lease documents.
• Maintain lease files per policy and procedure.
• Record traffic sources daily and convert at least 30% to leases.
