Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and prepare lease docs.
