Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Beaverton, OR to coordinate rentals, move-ins, renewals, and resident relations. You will engage prospective residents, tour properties, and ensure occupancy goals while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with leasing software. On-site work with opportunities for growth, mentoring, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork, and conduct tours.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity.
• Assist with planning resident activities and events as needed.
