Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Oregon. The role focuses on coordinating apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals while delivering excellent customer service to prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

You will interact with residents, prepare documentation, and maintain records. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity.
• Provide clerical support to management as needed.
• Assist with resident activities to improve retention.
