The candidate will train leasing staff, coordinate lease documents, and work with maintenance to prepare units for move-ins, while upholding company policies and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing and/or management experience is required.
• Prior experience with a revenue management system is required.
• Prior experience in Yardi or another equivalent property management system is required.
• Prior experience with customer reputation management tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market and interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Train leasing consultants and coach performance for optimal results.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; verify accuracy and payments.
• Coordinate move-in/out with maintenance and ensure units are ready.
