Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Beaverton, OR to coordinate rentals, move-ins, and renewals while delivering excellent service to residents and prospects. This role emphasizes occupancy and retention through effective communication and organized processes.

The position requires a high school diploma and preferably one year of residential leasing or sales experience, with strong knowledge of MS Office and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to listen, empathize, and resolve concerns.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and coordinate move-in/out with maintenance.
