Avenue5 Residential in Beaverton, Oregon is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident satisfaction.

The role requires excellent customer service, sales acumen, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and oriented to residents and guests.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure documentation is delivered timely.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork.
