Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals, while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention. You will ensure quality living experiences by handling tours, documentation, and follow-ups with applicants.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and familiarity with leasing software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience preferred.
• 1 year residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork; review and file confidential resident information.
• Conduct property tours, ensure model apartments are tour-ready, and maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity.
• Support maintenance by coordinating move-in/out and processing work orders as needed.
